Mcdonald have very delicious fast food!Tthis shop is famous all over the world. Especially, in JAPAN ''100 yen Mac" is popular. If you have one coin, you can buy many foods.
Recently, softcream staretd in 100 yen Mac. In 100 yen Mac, coffee is the most popular. Mac's coffee is more popular than coffee shop. Macdonald is so dreadful! This is all menu in Macdonald.
They are very delicious. But each food is high calorie.

A man eat only Mcdonald for 30 days. As the result, he increased 12 kg and 10 percent of body fat percentage. And function of internal organ declined. He was said "stop eating" by three doctor.So if you eat only Mcdonald, you will increase your weight and body fat percentage.Be careful!!

If you eat too much, risk of matabolic symdrome will high. Do you know metabolic symdrome? It means that to adhere fat of surrouding internal organ. So this cause illness. you have risk of death. For example, cardiac infarction, cerebral infraction, etc... This is very danderous!!!

Breakfast is the best important meal, because human body take the first dish. If you don't eat breakfast, your brain are damaged and your brain ordrer that take nuturition too much. This cause overweight. Also you must not eat dish before 2 hours you sleep. Meals you took will store in your body.
There are six ways of taking well-balanced meals.
1. as possible as you can, to take 7~10 kinds per a meal
2. combination{main meal, salad, soup, side meal}
3. you have to take much ingredient in a meal
4. in case of eating out, set menu recommend!
5. you take Japanese food, Western food, Chinese food in a week
6. put a ban on taking unbalanced diet

When we store stress in my body, you use too much energy for stress. In Yoga, you can use the energy. In Yoga pose, you have to close your eyes and pose. you don't move your body. It's very difficult, but this pose can concentrate.
